Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their last game on Friday (55), Berean Baptist Academy still had to take the loss.
Wake County Academy HomeSchool can finally bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Thursday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 48-45 victory over Raleigh HomeSchool.
Steph Murray and Reg Sanders were among the main playmakers for Wake County Academy HomeSchool as the former dropped a double-double on ten points and ten rebounds and the latter scored 15 points along with five assists and five rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Murray has scored all season. Ian Maina was another key contributor, scoring ten points.
Berean Baptist Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 9-17. As for Wake County Academy HomeSchool, their victory bumped their record up to 3-4.
