North East fell to Francis Scott Key 7-39 the last time the two teams met; this time around, they exacted some revenge. Everything went North East's way against Francis Scott Key on Saturday as they made off with a 28-7 win. North East was expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast. This was the first game for both teams, giving North East a 1-0 record and starting Francis Scott Key off at 0-1.
North East are packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against Elkton next week at 7:00 PM. Francis Scott Key will be defending their home turf for the first time next week when they go up against Berkeley Springs at 7:00 PM.
