Meridian were the big favorite in their most recent match, and for good reason. Everything went their way against Jim Hill on Saturday as they made off with a 41-19 win. That result was just more of the same for Meridian, who also won the last time these teams played.
The victory bumped Meridian's record up to 3-2. The loss dropped Jim Hill's record to 1-5.
Next week Meridian take on Pearl at 7:00 PM. Both teams seek to continue their momentum from their previous wins. Jim Hill are packing up and heading on the road for their first away match this season. They face off against Terry at 7:00 PM. Both of those teams will be looking for a pick-me-up after considerable defeats in their previous games.
