Ali Scott Dazzles in LBJ Austin Victory
Starting off the list is LBJ Austin's Ali Scott, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Scott threw for 140 yards and three touchdowns while completing 80% of his passes, and also rushed for 47 yards and a touchdown.
Travis had to have seen this coming; the last time they saw Scott it was a similar story. Scott threw for 225 yards and five touchdowns while completing 86.4% of his passes, and also rushed for 41 yards and a touchdown the last time he and the Rebels duked it out back in October of 2023.

Lewis Came Up Big in Manor New Tech's 36-18 Victory
Thanks in part to Daevion Lewis, Manor New Tech said goodbye to their four-game losing streak. Lewis turned in nothing short of a gem on Friday, rushing for 88 yards and a touchdown on only nine carries, while also catching a touchdown. He got the majority of those rushing yards when he took off on a run that went for an incredible 54 yards.
Manor New Tech's win bumped their record up to 2-4. Lewis and Manor New Tech will take on LBJ Austin at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

LBJ Austin Wins Fifth-Straight Thanks to Caleb Crenshaw
Caleb Crenshaw was instrumental in extending LBJ Austin's winning streak to five on Friday. Crenshaw turned in nothing short of a gem, picking up 198 receiving yards and a touchdown.
Travis's probably not too fond of Crenshaw given he always seems to get the better of them. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Crenshaw saw the Rebels), he rushed for 151 yards and a touchdown while picking up 9.4 yards per carry, and also caught a touchdown.

Christian Salazar Turns in Season-Best Effort
Manor New Tech was led to victory by Christian Salazar, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Salazar threw for 184 yards and four touchdowns.
