George School proved they can win big on Tuesday (they won by seven) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They skirted past the Academy of the New Church Lions 13-11. The Cougars have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Lions, too.
Zack Remus was a major factor no matter where he played. He pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Remus was even better at the plate, going 3-for-5 with two stolen bases, two RBI, and one run.
