After flying high against Bloomfield Christian School  on Saturday, Novi Christian Academy came back down to earth. The Novi Christian Academy Warriors lost  15-5 to the Bloomfield Christian School Defenders on Saturday. Novi Christian Academy was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Bloomfield Christian School apparently hadn't forgotten their  defeat the last time these teams played.
  Tyler Brown put in work no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound,   pitching 2.1 innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   one  hit. Brown was also big at the plate,  scoring a  run while going 2-for-3.
 In other batting news,  Nolan Spencer made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and  went 2-for-3 with three  RBI and a  double. Another player making a difference was  Michael Segerstrom, who  scored a  run and  stole two bases while going 1-for-2.
 Even though they lost, Novi Christian Academy was hitting in the alleys and  finished the game with four  doubles. That's the most  doubles they've managed all season.
 Novi Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Bloomfield Christian School, their victory bumped their record up to 6-4.
 Novi Christian Academy will head out on the road to  square off against  Hope Christian Academy at 4:30  p.m.  on Thursday. Novi Christian Academy is no doubt hoping to put an end to  a four-game streak of away losses. As for Bloomfield Christian School, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Lake Orion Baptist at 4:00  p.m.  on Monday.
