Marshall's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Marshall's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Fulton, their victory bumped their record up to 2-4.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Marshall will be home for the holidays to greet Moberly at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Moberly presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Marshall in Missouri (Moberly is ranked 155th, while Marshall is ranked 429th). As for Fulton, they will be playing at home against Boonville at 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Boonville has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 233 points over their last four contests.
