Mineola had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 13 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Winona Wildcats as they made off with a 19-0 victory. The result was nothing new for the Yellowjackets, who have now won six matches by eight runs or more so far this season.

Mineola's win bumped their record up to 9-11. As for Winona, they are on a 25-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-14.
