Century lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Karleigh Jones, who scored 17 points. Another player making a difference was Ashton Dillow, who scored 12 points along with eight rebounds.
Century's loss ended a nine-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 17-3. As for Meridian, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 14-7 record this season.
