South Beauregard's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-6-1. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 34 goals over those four contests. As for DeRidder, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost nine of their last ten games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-14 record this season.
