The  wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 9.0 runs over those games. As for Hickman, their loss was  their fourth straight on the road, which  dropped their record down to 6-7.
 Looking ahead, Staley will be playing at home against Blue Springs  at 5:00  p.m.  on Monday. As for Hickman, they will head out to  take on Howell  at 3:00  p.m.  on Friday. The Vikings' pitching crew has only allowed 2.8  runs per game  this season, so the Kewpies' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
