Milan is 0-6 against Hauser since May of 2015 but things could change on Thursday. The Indians will square off against the Jets at 6:00 p.m. Milan is coming into the contest hot, having won their last five games.
Milan is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Tuesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Rising Sun, sneaking past 3-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Indians have posted since April 19th.

Kynadee Bode was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run while striking out six over seven innings pitched. She has been consistent: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in six consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run and three RBI.
Bode wasn't the only one making solid contact as five players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Caroline McMillan, who went 1-for-3 with one triple.
Meanwhile, Hauser entered their tilt with Crothersville on Tuesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They were the clear victors by a 14-1 margin over the Tigers. The Jets might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine matches by seven runs or more this season.
Like Milan, Hauser also got a great game from a two-way player: Haven Hartwell. She didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out 11 over five innings pitched. Those 11 strikeouts gave Hartwell a new career-high. She was also big at the plate, getting on base in all three of her plate appearances with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.
In other batting news, Hauser got a massive performance out of Isabelle Brunner, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with four RBI, one triple, and one stolen base. Another player making a difference was Lexie Hamilton, who went 2-for-4 with three RBI, two runs, and two doubles.
Hauser always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .750. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
Milan's record is now 24-9. As for Hauser, their record now sits at 14-6.
