Meanwhile, East Longmeadow took a serious blow against the Generals back in January, falling 68-34. East Longmeadow has not had much luck with the Generals recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.
Pittsfield's loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-4. As for East Longmeadow, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4.
Everything came up roses for Pittsfield against the Spartans when the teams last played back in January as the team secured a 68-34 win. With Pittsfield ahead 35-13 at the half, the contest was all but over already.
