Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Boothbay). They took their contest on Saturday with ease, bagging a 59-25 win over the North Yarmouth Academy Panthers. The victory was some much needed relief for the Seahawks as it spelled an end to their five-game losing streak.

Boothbay's win bumped their record up to 3-7. As for North Yarmouth Academy, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-10.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Boothbay will head out to take on Mountain Valley at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Considering Mountain Valley has lost three straight at home and Boothbay three straight on the road , this one might come down to who's more desperate to change their momentum. As for North Yarmouth Academy, they will square off against Monmouth Academy at 11:00 a.m. on January 20th.
