Andre Wright continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Broome Street Academy, going 7 for 11 from beyond the arc en route to 29 points and 2 assists. The game was Wright's fourth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Samuel Acevedo, who scored 12 points along with seven assists and five rebounds.
Seward Park's defeat dropped their record down to 4-1. As for Broome Street Academy, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 9-4.
Seward Park will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Lab Museum United at 5:00 p.m. on January 3, 2024.
