Oberlin is 0-6 against Keystone since April of 2015 but things could change on Wednesday. The Phoenix will be playing in front of their home fans against the Wildcats at 5:00 p.m. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Oberlin will bounce into Wednesday's contest after beating Clearview, who they had gone 1-8 against in their nine prior meetings. The Phoenix came out on top against the Clippers by a score of 5-1 on Tuesday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Phoenix.
Drew Walter made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he struck out ten batters over five innings while giving up just one earned run off five hits. That's the most strikeouts he has posted since back in April. He was also big at the plate, going 1-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.

In other batting news, Ehab Abuhamda was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one double. Those three hits gave him a new career-high. Julian Anderson was another key player, going 1-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.
Oberlin was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .375. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Clearview only posted a batting average of .231.
Meanwhile, Keystone got themselves on the board against Clearview on Monday, but Clearview never followed suit. They were the clear victors by a 13-0 margin over the Clippers. Considering the Wildcats have won ten games by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.
Keystone's victory bumped their record up to 14-2. As for Oberlin, their win bumped their record up to 4-11.
