After a string of three wins, the Cavalier Tornadoes's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They fell just short of Larimore by a score of 58-56. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss Cavalier has suffered yet this season.
Larimore got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Michael Myers out in front who dropped a double-double on 21 points and 19 rebounds. Myers hasn't dropped below eight rebounds for three straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Jace Collison, who scored 21 points.
Cavalier's defeat dropped their record down to 9-3. As for Larimore, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-4.
