Christ the King have had a week off and are no doubt ready to get back on the field. They will square off against Commonwealth at 7:00 PM on Friday. Christ the King come in off of nine low-scoring performances in a row, a trend the team is obviously eager to reverse.
Christ the King have been struggling to pick up a victory, with their contest against Cannon two weeks ago making it nine winless games in a row. Christ the King were dealt a punishing 0-45 defeat at the hands of Cannon. The state rankings had actually given Christ the King a slight edge heading into the game, making this hurt that much more.
Meanwhile, it was a hard-fought match, but Commonwealth had to settle for a 16-24 loss against Carolina Pride three weeks ago.
