Alissia Sanchez posted a new career-high in stolen bases on Thursday. She went 1-for-3 with four stolen bases and three runs. She was up against Momence and has quite the history against that squad, as she also had a great game the last time she faced them back in May of 2024.

Sanchez and Illinois Lutheran will venture away from home to take on Gardner-South Wilmington at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Sadly, Sanchez's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped the Chargers' four-game streak of wins at home. With the streak broken, Sanchez and the Chargers surely have a bit of extra motivation heading into Tuesday's match.
