In what's become a running theme this season, the Hickory Red Tornadoes gave their fans yet another huge victory on Tuesday. They blew past North Iredell 95-48 on the road. Hickory's victory was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.
Hickory's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but John Holbrook led the charge by scoring 18 points. Holbrook hasn't dropped below 16 points for three straight games. Jamien Little was another key contributor, scoring 16 points.
Hickory pushed their record up to 21-0 with that victory, which was their 19th straight on the road dating back to last season. As for North Iredell, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-12.
Hickory will look to defend their home court on Friday against West Iredell at 7:30 p.m. Hickory is facing West Iredell at the right time seeing as West Iredell is stuck on a ten-game losing streak. As for North Iredell, they will head out on the road to take on Statesville at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Statesville has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 510 points over their last seven contests.
