After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Logan/Palco, Western Plains/Healy were happy to have found some success on Friday. They walked away with a 42-31 win over Wheatland-Grinnell. For Western Plains/Healy, this counts as revenge for the 43-32 loss Wheatland-Grinnell walked away with the last time they faced one another back in January.
The win got Western Plains/Healy back to even at 1-1. As for Wheatland-Grinnell, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-3.
Coincidentally, both teams will both be playing Pawnee Heights the next time they take the court. Wheatland-Grinnell will host Pawnee Heights at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, while Western Plains/Healy will head out to face them at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
