You're bound to get a positive result if you outscore your opponent every quarter, and that's exactly how it played out for Manteno on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Clifton Central Comets with a sharp 55-35 win. The Panthers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 games by 20 points or more this season.

Manteno's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Maddie Gesky, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and ten boards. Gesky has been hot recently, having posted ten or more rebounds the last four times she's played. Emily Horath was another key player, going 5 for 10 en route to 12 points and four steals.

The victory (which was Manteno's third in a row) raised their record to 19-4. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 50.7 points per game. As for Clifton Central, their defeat ended an eight-game streak of away wins and brought them to 16-8.
