If Pacific was feeling good fresh off their 22-11 takedown of DeSoto on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Indians came up short against the Union Wildcats on Thursday, falling 11-4. The Indians' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Pacific saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Grant Kossuth, who went 1-for-4 with one stolen base and one run. Another was Gavin Haddox, who earned one RBI, two runs, and two stolen bases.

Pacific's defeat dropped their record down to 11-9. As for Union, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 14-5.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Pacific will head out to square off against Sullivan at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Union, they will venture away from home to challenge Parkway West at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday.
