The Beaver Bobcats scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Hopewell as Beaver made off with a 76-53 win. Considering Beaver has won three matches by more than 20 points this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.
Brady Mayo was his usual excellent self, scoring 23 points along with seven steals and five assists. The game was his seventh in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Junior Marino, who scored 18 points along with five rebounds.
Beaver now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Hopewell, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-2.
Beaver will be staying on the road on Wednesday to face off against Upper St. Clair at 3:00 p.m. on December 27th. Hopewell and Wilmington will round out the year against one another at 2:00 p.m. on December 28th at.
