Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Ohatchee). They took down the Wellborn Panthers 80-66 on Thursday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 59-42 back in December of 2024.

Wellborn lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Ollie Boot, who went 9 for 20 on his way to 26 points and six assists. That's the most assists Boot has posted since back in December of 2024. Another player making a difference was De'Andreaz Kelly, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 14 boards.

Ohatchee pushed their record up to 15-9 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 72.7 points per game. As for Wellborn, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-19.

Ohatchee didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 68-56 loss against Piedmont on the 3rd. As for Wellborn, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, an 83-72 defeat against Jacksonville Christian Academy on the 31st.
