Horseshoe Bend got themselves on the board against Cascade on Friday, but Cascade never followed suit. Horseshoe Bend put a hurting on Cascade to the tune of 48-0. Horseshoe Bend were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.
Both teams are staying within the conference for their upcoming matches. Next week Horseshoe Bend take on Council at 7:00 PM. Council are limping into the match on a seven-game losing streak. Cascade will stay at home against Garden Valley at 3:00 PM. Both of these teams will be looking for a pick-me-up after considerable defeats in their previous games.
