The Durham Trojans''s recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their sixth straight loss. They received a tough blow as they fell 17-0 to Live Oak. That's two games in a row now that Durham has lost by exactly 17 points.
Mario Ramirez was a one-man wrecking crew for Live Oak as he rushed for 241 yards and a touchdown while picking up 8.0 yards per carry. The team also got some help courtesy of Tanner Tillotson, who rushed for 110 yards and a touchdown on only 12 carries.
Durham's loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Live Oak, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-4.
Durham does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Live Oak will head out on the road to face off against Gridley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
