It was an underclassman who stole the show on Thursday as Rory McCormack came into the match on a mission. She wasn't messing around, striking out seven batters over four innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off five hits (and not a single walk). The pitching appearance was her fifth straight with five or more strikeouts.
