Waterloo was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Parkview Vikings, falling 88-66. One positive for the Pirates, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Waterloo's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Parkview, they pushed their record up to 6-2 with the win, which was their third straight on the road.

When Waterloo and Parkview next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Waterloo will try to stop Lodi's four-game winning streak when the meet at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Similarly, Parkview will challenge Palmyra-Eagle and their six-game winning streak at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
