Despite running the score up even higher than they did on Tuesday (70), Cardinal Hayes still had to take the loss.
It was another big night for Braylan Ritvo, who shot 6-for-11 from deep and dropped a double-double on 39 points and 11 rebounds for Archbishop Stepinac. The matchup was Ritvo's fifth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Hassan Koureissi, who scored 16 points along with six rebounds.
This is the second loss in a row for Cardinal Hayes and nudges their season record down to 1-4. As for Archbishop Stepinac, the win for they keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.
