Jared Griffith gave up the fewest earned runs he has since back in February on Wednesday. He was dynamite, pitching three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances.

Griffith's strong effort led Central Valley Christian over Sierra Pacific and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
