Basketball Recap: Rock Island Starts off Right with Win over Chicago Tech

Rock Island took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Friday. They took their matchup with ease, bagging a 97-23 victory over Chicago Tech.

Chicago Tech now has a losing record of 2-3.

Looking ahead, Rock Island will take on Hansberry in a tournament on Friday. As for Chicago Tech, they will head out on the road to face off against Julian at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
