Seward has enjoyed a three-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. They and the Bethel Warriors will face off at 4:00 p.m. on February 8th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked in Alaska (Seward is ranked 23rd, while the Warriors are ranked 45th).
In what's become a running theme this season, Seward gave their fans yet another huge victory on Saturday. Everything went their way against Bethel as Seward made off with a 67-46 victory.
Seward's win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-3. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.4 points per game. As for Bethel, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-7.
Everything went Seward's way against the Warriors in their previous matchup on Saturday as the Seahawks made off with a 67-46 win.
