Dickinson is 9-0 against Clear Brook since October of 2014, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Dickinson Gators will be playing at home against the Clear Brook Wolverines at 7:00 p.m. One thing working in Dickinson's favor is that they have now posted big point totals in their last eight matches.
Dickinson can now show off seven landslide victories after their most recent contest on Friday. They really took it to Clear Creek for the full four quarters, racking up a 34-0 win at home. Given Dickinson's advantage in MaxPreps' Texas football rankings (they are ranked 16th, while Clear Creek is ranked 212th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Meanwhile, Clear Brook fell victim to Clear Springs' stalwart defense on Friday and couldn't make it onto the board. They had to suffer through a rough 48-0 loss at the hands of the Chargers. Clear Brook has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Dickinson's victory was their third straight at home, bumping their overall record up to 8-1. They've been dominating during the games in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 40.67 points. As for Clear Brook, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-6.
Everything came up roses for Dickinson against Clear Brook in their previous meeting back in November of 2022 as the squad secured a 45-7 win. Will Dickinson repeat their success, or does Clear Brook have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
