Collegium Charter fell 69-57 to Jenkintown on Wednesday. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
Jenkintown's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Tommy Walsh, who scored 19 points along with eight rebounds and six assists. That makes it four consecutive games in which Walsh has scored at least 25% of Jenkintown's points. Another player making a difference was James Callas, who scored 12 points along with seven rebounds and three steals.
Collegium Charter has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-8 record this season. As for Jenkintown, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 5-3.
