Central of Clay County's victory was their fifth straight at home, bumping their overall record up to 9-0. As for Russell County, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-8.
Central of Clay County will head out on the road to face off against Wetumpka at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Russell County, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Greenville at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Greenville is coming into the matchup on a five-game losing streak.
