Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Georgetown). They walked away with a 49-37 victory over the Spring Lions on Friday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Eagles.

When it comes to explaining why Spring lost, don't look at Gabriella Salazar. Despite the final result, she posted 11 points.

The win got Georgetown back to even at 2-2. As for Spring, their loss dropped their record down to 1-4.

Georgetown wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 37-36 victory against Klein Forest on the 15th. As for Spring, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 58-42 win against Cypress Ridge on the 15th.
