Justin Wyatt Jr. was his usual excellent self, rushing for 103 yards and one touchdown on only six carries, while also throwing for 100 yards and one touchdown while completing 71.4% of his passes for Highland. That's the most rushing yards Wyatt Jr. has posted since back in October of 2023. Roderick Erwin was another key player, rushing for 73 yards and two touchdowns.
Having lost for the first time this season, Coalinga fell to 14-1. As for Highland, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 11-4.
