On Friday, Northmor took their match on the road with ease, bagging a 66-22 win over Temple Christian. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 44-13.
Among those leading the charge was Hunter Fulk, who scored 13 points along with five steals. Fulk is absolutely dominating the steal category: he's posted at least two every time he's taken the court this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Cole Cuffman, who scored nine points along with four steals.
Northmor now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Temple Christian, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-2.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Northmor will take on Pleasant at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Pleasant focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up ten on Saturday. Temple Christian will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Lake Ridge Academy at 1:00 p.m. on February 3, 2024.
