 Jefferson County's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Bleckley County, their defeat  ended  a  five-game streak of away wins  dating back to last season and  brought them to 2-3.

A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of  Bleckley County's  Joshua Stanley, who rushed for 97 yards and a touchdown on only six carries.
