Magee has been on the road for six straight, but on Friday they'll finally head home. They will take on the Hazlehurst Indians at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Magee focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 12 on Monday.
Last Monday, Magee earned a 55-47 win over the Indians.
It was another big night for Nicole Sandifer, who dropped a double-double on 25 points and ten rebounds. That makes it 25 consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Magee's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jamya Brown, who scored 12 points along with five assists.
Magee pushed their record up to 9-16 with that victory, which was their third straight on the road. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.3 points per game. As for Hazlehurst, their loss dropped their record down to 11-6.
