In what's become a running theme this season, the Lakota East Thunderhawks gave their fans yet another huge win on Wednesday. They took their match at home with ease, bagging a 66-25 win over Fairfield. With Lakota East ahead 33-12 at the half, the game was all but over already.
Celina Blount was her usual excellent self, scoring 16 points along with four blocks and three steals. She has been hot recently, having posted two or more blocks the last three times she's played. Another player making a difference was Brooke Asher, who scored 15 points.
Lakota East has been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season. As for Fairfield, they now have a losing record at 8-9.

Mason is looking to tack on another W to their six-game streak on the road.
