Ryne Moore posted a new career-low in earned runs on Wednesday. As a matter of fact, he turned in his biggest game of the season, not allowing a single earned run while striking out seven over seven innings pitched. He also tossed no walks, which is notable because Downey is undefeated when he allows at most two walks, but 7-10 otherwise.

Moore's strong effort led Downey over Gregori and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
