Carson Kotil Delivers Best Effort of Season
On Friday, Crete got the W thanks in part to Carson Kotil playing the best football he has all season. Kotil rushed for 128 yards and two touchdowns, and also picked up 37 receiving yards, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 86-yard run.
The win snapped Crete's losing streak at seven games dating back to last season and leaves them with a 1-6 record. Kotil and Crete will head out to challenge Northwest on Friday.
