Skyview has enjoyed a three-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. They will take on the Ridgevue Warhawks at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Both teams come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Last Tuesday, Skyview was fully in charge, breezing past Emmett 62-32 at home.
Meanwhile, Ridgevue didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Columbia on Tuesday, but they still walked away with a 56-51 victory.
Ridgevue got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Keegan Randall out in front who scored 14 points. Those 14 points set a new season-high mark for Randall. Dawson Phillips was another key contributor, scoring 12 points.
Skyview is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 3-3 record this season. As for Ridgevue, the win got them back to even at 3-3.
Skyview was able to grind out a solid victory over Ridgevue when the teams last played back in February, winning 59-49. Will Skyview repeat their success, or does Ridgevue have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
