North Callaway put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. Everything went their way against the Van-Far Indians as they made off with a 17-2 win. The result was nothing new for the Thunderbirds, who have now won four games by seven runs or more so far this season.
CJ Cunningham made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he pitched one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Cunningham was also solid in the batter's box, scoring two runs while going 2-for-3.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Carter Moore, who went 2-for-3 with five RBI and one double. Those five RBI gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Keaton Bell, who scored three runs while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.
