Winters moved up to 454 from 509 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in Butte View. The Warriors climbed the ranks as a result of besting Hamilton 57-28.
Winters took down the Braves 57-28 last week, the largest margin of any game. Jacob Lowrie threw for 151 yards and 2 touchdowns and ran for 152 yards in the win.
Daniel Ward's team's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. On the ground Trevor Ray chipped in 173 yards. Ben Case helped Winters' passing attack out by catching 3 balls for 51 yards.
The Warriors' dynamic duo of Lowrie and Christian Corrales proved to be unstoppable against Hamilton, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Case helped Winters' passing attack out by catching 3 balls for 51 yards.
5-foot-10 quarterback Randy Post of Sutter is the league leader in passing yards this season with 2,062. He has also thrown 21 touchdowns. The leading receiver in the league this season is Kavi Ram. The Orland star has 46 catches for 660 yards.
Winters led the league in scoring this week after putting up 57 points on Ryan Bentz's team. Lowrie ran for 152 yards during the win.
