Centennial has been on the road for two straight, but on Tuesday they'll finally head home. They and the Willow Canyon Wildcats will face off at 7:00 p.m. on February 6th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Both teams come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Last Friday, Centennial beat the Hawks 32-23.
It was another big night for Akasha Prpich, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 14 rebounds. That makes it three consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Centennial's points. Another player making a difference was Jolie Galbreath, who scored nine points.
Meanwhile, Willow Canyon stacked a 13th blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Friday. They claimed a resounding 75-42 victory over Ironwood at home. The win was nothing new for Willow Canyon as they're now sitting on three straight.
Centennial's win bumped their record up to 8-15. As for Willow Canyon, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-7.
