The Pleasant Grove Vikings will head out on the road to  take on  the Lone Peak Knights at 7:30  p.m.  on Friday. Pleasant Grove is no doubt hoping to put an end to  a four-game streak of away losses.
 Pleasant Grove pushed their score all the way to 61 on Friday, but even that wasn't enough to win. The  match between Pleasant Grove and Lehi wasn't particularly close, with Pleasant Grove falling  77-61. While losing is never fun, Pleasant Grove can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage  in MaxPreps' Utah basketball rankings  (they are ranked 27th, while Lehi is ranked fourth).
 Meanwhile,  even though Westlake scored an imposing 61 points on Friday, Lone Peak still came out on top. Lone Peak walked away with  a   70-61  win over Westlake.
 Lone Peak's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Thomsen Kramer, who  scored 22 points along with two  steals. Another player making a difference was  Chamberlain Burgess, who  scored 21 points along with five  blocks and two  steals.
 Pleasant Grove has  not been sharp recently, as they've  lost six of their last seven games,  which put a noticeable dent in their 11-7 record this season. As for Lone Peak, they now  have a winning record of 9-8.
 Pleasant Grove came up short against Lone Peak in their previous matchup  on January 12th, falling  60-50. Can Pleasant Grove avenge their  loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
