Steven Curtis in the first quarter, the Tornadoes were up 28-0 at the half.
Purvis grew its lead to 35 points entering the fourth quarter. The Tornadoes scored two times in the third, including once on a touchdown run by Pack.
Purvis came in allowing an average of 20.3 points per game this season. A defensively strong the Tornadoes kept the Hornets well below the 38.9 points it had been averaging per game.
